The device implements a method based on rapid kleisterisation of aqueous suspension of flour in a boiling water bath and subsequent measurement of the degree of liquefaction of the kleister under the action of alpha-amylase contained in the sample, according to the methods of GOST 27676-88 and GOST ISO 3093-2016.
The PCP-7 device has a one-button "START/STOP" control system, which saves the user from unnecessary operations during operation.
