Elemer-BRIZ series spark protection barriers are designed for installation in control cabinets. The devices provide explosion protection of [Ex ia Ga] IIC and 2Ex nA [ia Ga] IIC T4 Gc X type and successfully replace imported analogues in control systems of oil and gas transport facilities, storage facilities, chemical industry, oil and gas processing plants and other enterprises where instrumentation is operated in hazardous areas. The main advantages of application of the ELEMER-BRIZ series spark protection barriers: space saving in control cabinets - housing 12,5 mm or 17,5 mm; galvanic isolation of channels from each other and from power supply circuits; high noise immunity (EMC) - III-A; wide range of supply voltage - =18...42 V; variant of housing design - =18.......42 V; housing version with a common power bus (option) for convenient placement in control cabinets; UPB2 (SIL2) for single-channel versions of barriers; ELEMER-BRIZ 420-Ex are designed to transfer current signal 4...20 mA (+HART) from the hazardous area to a safe one.
