The milk cooler consists of a tank with evaporator, hatch, motor-reducer, electric cabinet with control panel and automatic washing, as well as
compressor-condenser unit.

A distinctive feature of the milk cooler model M4-3000 is the use of a patented slotted evaporator, which provides a significant safety margin for high pressure, which is formed when working in the evaporator refrigerant.
