Purpose:
The silo provides reliable storage of feed with good bulkiness with a specific gravity less than or equal to 6.3 kN/m3 (630 kg/m3). It is used as part of livestock farm lines for short-term replenishment of feed stocks.
Advantages:
1. The silo is made of corrugated galvanised sheets of high-strength rolled metal with galvanising depth not less than 450 g/m2 with external stiffening ribs.
2. Assembly of the silo is made by high-strength bolts of strength class 8.8 and 10.9 with plastic washers to ensure tightness and strength of the silo. 3.
3. Laser markings on the parts and instructions with 3D views speed up and facilitate silo assembly.
4. The silo design is designed to withstand the loads of high precipitation regions: 5 snow region (320kg/m2) and 2 wind region (31kg/m2 (80km/hour)), which is superior to imported technologies in withstanding loads.
5. Silo design prevents water and snow from entering the silo interior.
6. There is a possibility of pneumatic loading of the silo.
7. The silo is equipped with a ladder with a service platform from the silo base to the silo roof.
