Steel bandage tape. The product for cable fastening in trays and cable ladders, for bandaging of wires and cables, cable bundles, for insulation fastening and for marking system during electrical installation works on ships and floating structures. It is made of Russian materials: stainless steel 10?17?13?2? (analogue of steel grade AISI 316) and coating of powder polymer paint (analogue of paint RRA 571), applied to the surface of the steel.
Steel austenitic not hardened, the presence of molybdenum (Mo) makes it particularly resistant to corrosion. The paint consists of acid-modified polyolefin alloys, is halogen-free, and its combustion products have a low smoke level and a low toxicity factor. The polymer paint coating complements the anti-corrosion properties of steel and is resistant to salt, sand and sun. The product is fixed to the structure by means of locks or staples.
