Line model LGR is designed for surface preparation and application of galvanic, chemical and anodising coatings on metal surfaces. The LGR line is designed for plating small-sized parts that can be transferred manually from bath to bath.
Parts can be processed either on hangers or in drums. In order to reduce the emission of harmful vapours into the working area, the process baths and hot wash baths of the line are equipped with covers.
The emitted harmful substances from the baths are removed through double-sided suction ducts located on the sides of the baths and connected to ventilation equipment.
