Filters UNIX 521 A1B1E1 provide purification of air inhaled by a person from harmful gases and vapours.
The filters are used in UNIX filtering respirators and UNIX filtering gas masks in all climatic regions of the Customs Union countries (IV(?),???(??),???(???),???(???),??(?V),??) and European Community at ambient temperature from minus 40 to plus 40º?.
UNIX 521 A1B1E1 filters protect against:
- organic gases and vapours with boiling point above 65ºC (benzene, xylene, toluene, gasoline, paraffin, organohalide compounds, nitro compounds of benzene and its homologues, aniline, ketones, tetraethyl lead, etc.);
- inorganic gases and vapours (chlorine, fluorine, bromine, sulphur hydride, arsines, phosphorus hydrogen, etc., except carbon monoxide and hydrogen cyanide);
- acid gases and vapours (sulphur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen bromide, hydrogen fluoride, vapours of sulphuric, acetic, formic, nitric, phosphoric acids, etc.).
