Aeration System Comb-type AerS for Wastewater Treatment Applications

Aeration system of comb type with tubular aerators made of fibre-porous polyethylene is designed for application at aeration stations of sewage treatment plants (STP) and local treatment plants (LTP), placed also in fibreglass tanks. The main elements of the system are aerators - air dispersersers made of fibre-porous polyethylene and distribution manifolds serving for fixing of aerators and uniform distribution of air between aerators. The material is similar to that used by many manufacturers in the production of the dispersing layer of their aerators, but due to the absence of a frame, the aerators used in our systems are cheaper and more technologically advanced.Aerators have a standard length of 500 mm, but on request can be produced in any length between 250 and 1000 mm. They have minimal resistance compared to all other aerators and better mass transfer.
