Air-Separation Separator RVS-40 for Deep Grain Cleaning Applications

Separator is designed for deep cleaning of grain, leguminous and other crops, bringing them to food, marketable and seed conditions. The separator is installed in the technological lines of grain cleaning complexes of agricultural enterprises, elevators, flour and cereal production. The separator is manufactured in climatic version "U" of category "3.1" according to GOST 15150-69.

Operation of the machine is provided in premises of class B-IIa according to PUE. Power supply of electric motors of working tools drives is carried out from AC network with voltage 380V, frequency 50Hz. Permissible fluctuation of supply voltage from 360V to 400V.

Operating conditions: the source material should come from pre-cleaning machines or from the field after combines, after threshing devices: - humidity of the source material - up to 16%; - content of weed impurities - up to 10%; - ambient air temperature from minus 15 to plus 45 C.
