The CAA cell is a component part of the ASTM equipment complex. It is intended for organisation of analogue two-wire termination, consists of four independent modules for connection of telephone sets, and represents a printed circuit board, installed on a connector in a frame ORP-M, ORP-SM, ORP-5M or in a frame OK-M. 1.1.2 The CAA cell provides: <ul> <li>- allocation and input into the linear digital stream of up to four channels for connection of remote PBX subscribers in accordance with the commands received via the system channel;</li> <li>the ability to connect four telephone sets with pulse or tone dialing, included in the number capacity of the PBX by connecting lines with loop resistance up to 1 kOhm.</li> </ul>
