Description

Level gauges are designed for continuous automatic remote measurement of high purity water level in hermetically sealed tanks. Level gauges have two measurement channels - analogue and discrete, working in concert. The operating principle of the analogue channel is based on the property of ultrasonic oscillations with different acoustic resistances to be reflected from the interface. The principle of action of the discrete channel is based on the change in the energy of ultrasonic vibrations passing through a liquid or gas, due to different values of acoustic impedances of these media.
