KPK-12 Automated Control and Testing Complex for Aircraft Electrical Parameters

The control and test complex KPK-12 is an automated system of control and measurement of electrical parameters of onboard equipment of IL-76 (76M, 76MD) aircraft. KPC-12 performs the check of subsystems KP1D and KP7. The KPC-12 hardware functions under the control of system and application software installed on an industrial computer (PC). The user interface allows: <ul> <li>- enter passport data of the tested equipment;</li> <li>manage the test process;</li> <li>save the results of the test in the database.</li> </ul>The hardware part of PDA-12 performs measurement of electrical parameters and formation of control actions. Realisation of the user interface and use of PC allows: <ul> <li>- increase labour productivity;</li> <li>reduce the influence of the human factor on the process and results of the test.</li> </ul>
