Automated Tool Storage, Issuance, and Accounting System for Manufacturing Efficiency

The system is designed to automate the processes of storage, issue and accounting of tools at the production enterprise. System capabilities:

• - Control of the tool management process from the moment of planning of tool purchase to the return of spent/used tools.
• Access control (user identification is carried out with individual login/password).
• Determination of the minimum stock balance (allows for automatic "additional ordering" of tools).
• Issuance of tools without the presence of a storekeeper, round the clock (allows to exclude equipment downtime and reduce the cost of tool consumption).
• Availability of barcode scanner allows labelling of tools.
• Robust steel construction of the cabinet (vandal-proof version)
• Different design of internal cells (sizes and dimensions)
• Any tool reporting (availability, consumption, balance, etc.)
• The system software allows easy integration into the enterprise databases.

The basic configuration includes: a tool dispensing module, a tool collection module and a control module. The tool issuing module is designed for storing, accounting and issuing tools.

The tool collection module is designed for the collection of used tools and is an analogue of the tool issuing module.
