Automated Welding Line LDK-16.12 for Efficient Frame Production

Automated welding lines are designed for production of flat two-branch frames from longitudinal reinforcement bars of measured length and automatic feeding of cross wire diameters of 4-5 mm from coils - line LDK-16.5, or diameter of 6-12 mm of measured length from a hopper or coil - line LDK-16.12.

The line is used at construction industry enterprises. The line is designed for operation in temperate climate conditions. Design and category UHL4.

The welding machine is designed for welding of the frame. It consists of a bed on which all the main units of the machine are fixed: electrode drive unit, cross bars feeding mechanism under the electrodes, pneumatic cylinders of feeding, pneumatic equipment, welding transformers. The main elements of the control circuit are located in the control cabinet.
