Description

The MTM-177.04P1 welding machine, hereinafter referred to as "the machine", is designed for manufacturing reinforcement frames from longitudinal bars with a diameter of 3-12 mm and transverse bars with a diameter of 3-10 mm.

Reinforcement bars intended for welding shall be free of rust, scale and contaminants preventing welding. Curvature of longitudinal and transverse bars must not exceed 2mm per 1m length.

The welding machine is designed to work as a part of a semi-automatic line with manual laying of longitudinal bars and automatic feeding of transverse bars of measured length within one grid from a slotted accumulator (side feeding).
