Automatic Bread Slicing Machine YANYCHAR AHM-300A for Efficient Bakery Operations

Automatic bread-cutting machine.Dimensions (DxWxB): 1050x560x585 mm. Power 0.37 kW, voltage 380 V, productivity 160-300 bat/h. Bread slicer AHM-300A is a device that provides high performance when cutting bread slices of different thickness.

All elements of the product have tucked (folded) edges to prevent injury to personnel during assembly, operation and sanitation of the product. All elements in contact with bread and the body are made of stainless steel AISI430. Sickle-shaped shape of the knife with laser sharpening of the blade provides slicing of both day-old bread and fresh (soft) bread.

The bread slicer is designed for slicing oblong-shaped bread of "loaf" type and moulded bread up to 380 mm in length and 160 mm in width with equal thickness slices. The slice thickness can be set from 5-20 mm. Capacity at thickness: 5 mm - 100 loaves/h, 10 mm - 160 loaves/h, 15 mm - 220 loaves/h, 20 mm - 300 loaves/h.
