Automatic Control System for Gas Pumping Unit "Neman-R-12" - Enhance Efficiency and Reliability

Neman-R-12 GPA ACS (hereinafter referred to as ACS or system), implemented on the basis of software and hardware complex (PTC) "Neman-R" (TU 4252-013-00159093-2015), on controllers "TREI-5B-05", "TREI-5B-04" of the Russian manufacturer JSC "TREI" and software "Alfa Platform" of the Russian developer JSC "Atomik Soft", is designed to fulfil the full scope of functions of automatic control, regulation, monitoring and protection of gas compressor units and to ensure trouble-free long-term operation. The automatic control system can be used during new construction, reconstruction or overhaul of linear and booster compressor stations, gas cooling stations. A set of material parts (KMP) for repair of existing GPA ACS can be developed on the basis of ACS. Manufacturing of GPA ACS is carried out taking into account the initial technical requirements of manufacturers of various types of GPAs, located both in individual shelters and in the general building of the compressor shop, including GPAs of modular designs.
