Automatic Emergency Shutoff Valve Control System AAZK for Pipeline Safety

AZK provides a control signal to the crane control system for automatic closing of the crane in case of pipeline rupture. The product reacts to the rate of pressure drop in the pipeline and provides a pneumatic control signal to close the valve if the rate of pressure drop in the pipeline exceeds the permissible rate. The automatic filling station functions from the pressure energy of the transported gas and does not require electrical power supply to monitor the emergency rate of pressure drop. AAZK contains in addition to the device for tracking the rate of pressure drop in the pipeline control unit, which performs the functions of automatic and manual gas supply to the channels of opening and closing the ball valve actuator.
