Automatic Horizontal Baler for Recycling RMZ GAP-90 - Optimize Waste Management

Horizontal automatic press RMZ GAP-90 is designed for pressing large volumes of recyclable materials (cardboard, paper, PET bottles, polyethylene plastic). This equipment is the most optimal for collection and baling points, printing plants, warehouses and distribution centres, large waste sorting complexes. Horizontal automatic balers are designed according to the open channel principle, which ensures continuous loading of waste into the baler. RMZ GAP-90 allows to reduce the volume of waste up to 10 times due to its pressing into high density bales, accordingly reducing the cost of waste storage and removal. The useful model relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used for baling recyclable materials and solid municipal waste, in particular to horizontal presses for secondary raw materials with automatic horizontal strapping of ready bales with pressing force of 90 tonnes.
