Automatic Tray Sealer "ROST" for Efficient Food Packaging

Automatic tray sealer "ROST" can be used at the enterprises of food industry for vacuum and with the addition of protective gas packaging of various food products. It seals trays hermetically with soft film. During packaging it is possible to create a very high degree of vacuum or to add a special protective gas to prevent rapid spoilage of products. A special feature of this model is the ability to detect residual oxygen in the chamber during the packaging process, equipped with software control and colour display with interface in Russian.

Capacity in case of operation on a 2-tray matrix up to 1400 trays per hour depending on the packing mode.
