Autonomous Thermoplastic Heating Boilers "Gorynych" for Efficient Heating

Autonomous boilers for preparation of thermoplastic "Gorynych" are designed for heating thermoplastic to working temperature and filling marking machines with it. The height of thermoplastic unloading can be changed by means of hydraulic lifts from 12000 to 2500 mm. The thermoplastic is fed by gravity. The set of boilers is installed in the body of a vehicle with a load-carrying capacity not less than 8 tonnes (MAZ, KAMAZ, etc.). Autonomous operation of boilers is ensured by the presence of its own power unit on the basis of internal combustion engine to drive the agitators and provide electricity for liquid fuel burners.
