Barium titanate is used in the radio engineering industry as a material for the manufacture of ceramic multilayer capacitors and posistors, piezoceramic emitters (sonars) and receivers (microphones) of sound vibrations of various frequencies, as a substrate for microwave integrated circuits, material for the manufacture of resistive heating elements. The product is manufactured according to TU 20.59.59-057-48591565-2018. It is a powder of white, white with a yellowish tinge or white with a creamy tinge colour.

Mole ratio BaO/TiO2, within the limits of 0,95-1,0. Mass fraction of free barium oxide 2.0 %, not more. The product barium titanate is packed according to GOST 3885 in double film liner bags according to GOST 19360, enclosed in kraft bags according to GOST 2226, net weight not more than 50 kg.
