Bed Base with Removable 3D Mesh Cover for Enhanced Comfort

Composition of the base frame: side boards - material: plywood not sanded grade 3/4, thickness 12mm; top plate - material: plywood not sanded grade 3/4, thickness 10mm; transverse partitions - plywood, not sanded grade 3/4, thickness 21mm. Composition of the removable cover: fabric type "3D mesh" 280g/m2, fabric composition 100% polyester, colour black or other colour as agreed with the customer; upper layer of the cover - non-woven needle-punched fabric with density 125g/m2, colour black or other colour as agreed with the customer. The cover is fastened to the frame by means of Velcro.

Velcro is fastened with a staple, in 2 rows, step - 30 mm. Metal supports: a set of 4 pieces. Support materials: metal profile pipe of square cross-section 60x60mm, wall thickness 1.5mm; plastic footrests.

Supports colour: black or other colour as agreed with the customer. Finish of supports: powder painting, smooth matt.
