Belt Feeder PL 1200/9500 for Consistent Coal Supply in Processing

Reverse type belt feeders PL1200/9500 are designed for dosed and uniform coal feeding into coal grinding units (mills of ShBM, MMT, MVS types) in continuous dust preparation systems of thermal power plants; they have two types of execution on the location of belt conveyor drive and scraper picker drive relative to the feeder body. Reverse type belt feeder is installed between raw coal hopper and coal grinding mill. The transported material from the raw coal hopper goes to the conveyor belt, which is installed on drums and rollers inside the feeder belt housing. As the conveyor belt moves towards the coal grinding mill, the material is unloaded into the unloading window and then enters the mill through the raw material flow. "Reversible type" - means that the design of the belt feeder has an additional window in the tension section for unloading the transported material bypassing the carbon grinding mill.
