Brake Testing Stand LTK-M3500 for Diagnosing Vehicle Brake Systems

Stand modification LTK-M3500 is designed for diagnosing the braking system of vehicles with maximum braking force up to 10 kN and with maximum axle load up to 3.5 tonnes. The stand can be mounted on top of or flush with the floor. Permissible axle load up to 3.5 tonnes.

The operating principle of the stand consists in forced rotation at a given speed of the wheels of one (diagnosed) axle of the vehicle, installed stationary on the support rollers of the stand, with subsequent measurement of forces arising on the surface of the support rollers, when braking the wheels with the help of braking systems of the vehicle. The structural basis of the stand is a support device consisting of two blocks of rollers.
