Description

Cadmium telluride for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-007-38857157-2023. It represents tablets or targets of dark grey colour in the form of cylinders with height from 4 to 30 mm and diameter from 8 to 300 mm or granules with size from 1 to 10 mm. Chemical formula CdTe.

The transparency area is 0.96-28 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 3 µm is 3.1. Apparent density is 6.0-6.2 g/cm3.

The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, provided with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
