Capillary Control Line MOKKI - 3000 for Fluorescent Inspection of Workpieces

MOKKI - 3000 capillary inspection line is designed for luminescent inspection of workpieces and machined parts with flaw detection materials of LUM 33-OV sets with sensitivity class 1 and LUM 34-B with sensitivity class 2 according to GOST 18442, or other flaw detection materials with the following characteristics: Type I (luminescent), method D (post-emulsifiable hydrophilic) or method A - washable. Manifolds - type "d" (wet anhydrous based on solvents for Type I penetrants) provided they are compatible with the line components. In the automated installation the control with LUM 34-B set is realised. In the universal booth - control by LUM 33-OV and LUM 34-B sets. The equipment is designed for control in accordance with the requirements of GOST 18442, OST 1 90282, OST 1 90243.
