Bandage VGK 74.20.10.023 is made of carbon structural steel and is used for the possibility of replacement with preservation of other parts of the wheel pair (axle, wheel centres, gears), as the rolling surface due to boxing, use of sand to improve traction with rails, due to the lack of reliable lubrication and regular turning to restore the profile wears out most severely. It is manufactured according to GOST 25712-88.
