Comprehensive Speed Measurement System "ULTRA" for Vehicle Detection

Ultra hardware-software complexes are designed to measure the speed of vehicles on video frames in the control zone and on the controlled area, to measure the speed of vehicles by radar method, to measure the current time synchronised with the national time scale UTC(SU), to measure the current navigation parameters and to determine on their basis the coordinates of the complexes.
The complex is a special technical means operating in continuous round-the-clock automatic mode and having photo and video recording functions, designed to ensure control over road traffic, for fixing administrative offences in the field of road traffic.
