Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus for Firefighters PTS "BAZIS" - Essential Respiratory Protection

The breathing apparatus with compressed air for firefighters PTS "Bazis" (hereinafter referred to as the apparatus) is designed for individual protection of respiratory organs and human vision from the harmful effects of toxic and smoky gas environment unfit for breathing when extinguishing fires in buildings, structures and production facilities, as well as performing other types of emergency work in various areas of economic activity. The apparatus is an insulating tank breathing device with compressed air in a cylinder with an operating pressure of 29.4 MPa. The apparatus is made in climatic version U of placement category 1 according to GOST 15150 and is designed for use at ambient temperature from minus 40 to 60 0C and relative humidity up to 98 %. The device does not change its technical parameters after being in the environment with a temperature of 200 C for 60 s and withstands the impact of open flame with a temperature of (750 - 850) 0C for 5 s. .
