Description

Machine of contact butt welding MSO-606LG UHL4 is designed for contact butt welding with continuous melting and melting with preheating of rolled metal, mainly of compact cross-section. In the welding machine MSO-606LG the value of clamping and precipitation force is set automatically from the operator's panel, which reduces the time of readjustment for welding of workpieces of different diameters. The machine should be operated in closed premises at an altitude of not more than 1000m above sea level at the temperature of cooling water from plus 5°C to plus 25°C.

The machine is manufactured in UHL4 version for operation in temperate climate areas at ambient air temperature from plus 1°C to plus 35°C with relative humidity not more than 80% at temperature plus 25°C. Type of welding current-variable; Type of drive for clamping of workpieces and precipitation - hydraulic; Force of clamping of workpieces - 16000 daN; Welded cross-sections:Low carbon steel: 113...2000 mm²; Low alloy steel: 113...1017 mm².
