Description

Machine of contact seam welding MSH-3207L UHL4 is used for AC welding of parts made of low-carbon steels. Parts intended for welding should be free of oxide films and contaminants preventing welding. The machine MSH-3207L should be operated in closed premises at an altitude of not more than 1000m above sea level at the temperature of cooling water from plus 5°C to plus 25°C. The machine is manufactured in UHL4 version for operation in areas of temperate climate at ambient air temperature from plus 1°C to plus 35°C with relative humidity not more than 80% at temperature plus 25°C. Welding current - variable; Drive welding force - pneumatic; Nominal compression force 1300 daN; Linear welding speed - from 0,4-6,0 m/min Control system - welding controller on choice; Welded thicknesses: Low carbon steel - from 0,3+0,3 to 3,0+3,0; Stainless steel - from 0,3+0,3 to 2,5+2,5
