Description

The MT-1928L UHL4 resistance spot welding machine is used for AC welding of parts made of low-carbon steels. Parts intended for welding must be free of oxide films and contaminants that prevent welding. The MT-1928L machine should be operated in closed rooms at an altitude of not more than 1000m above sea level at the temperature of cooling water from plus 5°C to plus 25°C. The machine is manufactured in UHL4 version for operation in temperate climate areas at ambient air temperature from plus 1°C to plus 35°C with relative humidity not more than 80% at temperature plus 25°C. Kind of welding current - variable; Drive welding force - pneumatic; Nominal compression force 2500 daN; Control system - welding controller on a choice; Welded thicknesses: Low carbon steel - from 1,0+1,0 to 5,0+5,0; Rebar class A400C, A500C - from 6,0+6,0 to 16,0+16,0
