Convection Electric Oven KPP-4PE for Efficient Cooking Applications

Convection electric oven of injection type KPP-4PE with electronic panel (hereinafter referred to as the oven) is designed for cooking food in different modes: - dry heating (fan + hot air); - wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection). The control panel has buttons for selecting the operating mode and indicators showing the selected mode. For cooking in programme mode, the oven is equipped with 110 programmes with 4 cooking stages.

The surface of the oven cavity is made of enamelled steel. The outer surfaces are made of painted steel. The rounded corners of the oven cavity allow for perfect cooking results and the oven can be cleaned after cooking without any problems.

The oven is designed for 4 baking levels for 460x330 baking trays.
