Heating cabinet SHZh (one, two, three-section) is designed for cooking different dishes: meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables, side dishes and baked goods at catering companies and in production shops, whose activities are associated with the release of gastronomic goods. The device is equipped with an emergency thermostat that protects the device from overheating above 320 °C. The cabinet consists of several chambers mounted on a stand with adjustable supports.
