Cutter Knife Sharpening Machine DVAС SZK-04U for Precision Sharpening

The machine provides sharpening and polishing of cutting edge of cutter knives of any type, for cutters from 20 to 750l. The advantages of this machine are its adherence to 2 geometric dimensions: grinding angle and cutting edge profile, as well as its ease of use. In order to ensure point contact of the knife with the grinding wheel, the copier (exactly repeating the line of the knife blade) rests on a pad located at an angle to the axis of the grinding wheel, thus ensuring the flat grinding of cutter knives of different thicknesses (2-7 mm).

In order to maintain the sharpening and honing angles (27 and 14 degrees, respectively), the platform is supported on template stops corresponding to these angles. In order to maintain the exact blade line (cutting edge profile), the cutter knife is mounted on a copier that exactly repeats the blade line. The copier is made individually for each type of cutter knife.
