Cylindrical Metal Silo with Conical Hopper SK 4.55/2-70 KE for Grain Storage

Cylindrical metal silos are designed for storage of grain (wheat, corn, barley, rice, etc.), oilseeds (sunflower, soya), as well as for granulated products from floury raw materials. Metal silos with flat bottoms are manufactured with diameters from 2 to 11 metres. The walls of the silos are made of individual galvanised steel corrugated sheets, the thickness of which is determined according to the pressure that the structure is subjected to.

For the wall panels, galvanised steel sheet with 450 g/m2 zinc coating is used.All elements are connected with special bolts with sealing washers, which ensure the tightness of the structure. Silo roofs have a slope of 30 degrees and are made of galvanised sheets with stiffening ribs that ensure the reliability of the structure. To strengthen the rigidity and ensure the tightness of the silo, the roof is made of rigidly connected galvanised steel panels.
