The device is a configurable, project-component, modular controller.
The device is designed for use as part of information-computer complexes of electrical installations (ICCE) as a DAS for data collection from electricity meters, energy meters and other digital measuring devices of information-measuring complex (IMC), time synchronisation in them, maintenance of electricity consumption archives, registration of discrete signals about the equipment status, processing of the received information, its storage and transmission to higher levels of information-computer complexes (IC).
The field of application of the device is commercial (AIIS KUE, ASKUE) and technical electricity metering systems (ASTUE).
