Digital Rotary Table SPC-383 for Precision Angle Measurement and Adjustment

The digital rotary table SPTs-383 is designed to set and measure the angle in the horizontal or vertical planes. The principle of operation of the digital rotary table is based on the conversion of the angle of rotation into an electrical signal corresponding to a given angle. The digital rotary table consists of a rotary table and a control unit.

The basic elements of the turntable are the optical dividing head and the angle encoder, a high-precision Renishaw optical angle encoder. The optical dividing head and angle encoder are combined into a monoblock - the SP-382 rotary table. At a given angle of rotation the angle sensor generates a sequence of pulses, which is fed through the interface module to the control unit, where by counting the number of pulses the set angle is determined.
