Description

The direct-drive generator is one of the main components of a wind turbine. It converts the mechanical energy of wind wheel rotation into electrical energy. The generator consists of about 150 thousand sheets of lamination made of dynamo steel with very complex and high-precision geometry. The generator has an external stator and an internal rotor, on which only the torque and "internal" loads of the generator act.
