DPS-ng(A)FRHFLTx Cable for Ground and Underground Installations - Robust Solution for Various Environments

The cable contains a core of modular construction with a central power element made of dielectric rod, around which optical modules with freely laid fibres are twisted. The free space in the optical modules and in the cable core is filled with hydrophobic gel.

An intermediate sheath made of polyethylene is overlaid on the core. Armour of steel (or steel rope) wires is spirally applied on the intermediate sheath. The free space between the wires is filled with hydrophobic gel.

The armour is covered with a sheath made of polymer composition, which does not spread combustion, does not emit corrosive gaseous products during combustion and smouldering, with low toxicity of combustion products. Resistant to UV radiation; Excellent protection against rodents; Fireproof.
