Dual Dish Wet Heating Food Warmer MT2-1 for Keeping Food Hot

Marmite 2 dishes MT2-1 wet heating, designed for short-term preservation, in a hot state, second courses in standard gastro containers (GN 1/1, GN 1/2 and GN 1/3, depth up to 200mm) their demonstration and distribution to the consumer. Gastro containers are not included in the delivery set of the marmite. Marmite can be used at catering enterprises as a separate technological module or as a section in the composition of food distribution lines of various configurations.

Regulation of water temperature in the marmite, from +30 to +900C, is made by thermoregulator, in automatic mode. The heating element is equipped with protection against "dry run". Marmite is equipped with a shelf with a light under it to illuminate the working area and guides for installing trays.

Under the bathtub there is a technological compartment (volume 455dm3, floor area 1m2), closed by three doors. Behind the left door, in the technological compartment, there is a ball valve for draining water from the bath pocket. Marmite is made of stainless steel.
