DVAК V-160-01 Meat Grinder for Chilled Raw Materials - Efficient Food Processing

DVAK V-160-01 meat grinder is designed for grinding boneless fat-free meat, vegetables, cheese, dried fruits, nuts and other food raw materials. <ul> <li>- The twin-screw design: the first screw is the feed screw, the second screw is the working screw, effectively feeds the raw material into the cutting zone.</li> <li>Sufficiently comfortable cutting conditions are ensured by the fact that with a grating diameter of 160 mm there is less pressure of the raw material on the cutting block, as a result of which the muscle fibres are not crumpled.</li> <li>The hammers are available in fully stainless steel - all parts in contact with food raw materials as well as the housing are made of stainless steel, except for the gearbox, pulleys and under-motor plate.</li> <li>The use of a special reinforced auger and a more powerful electric motor 30kW (optional at extra cost), allows you to grind frozen raw materials up to -10 degrees C on the output grate 8-10 mm. (The raw material must first be passed through the block cutter).</li> <li>It can be completed with a veining device.</li> </ul>.
