Machine ED-244 is designed for year-round maintenance of urban areas, which is due to the combination of characteristics of the chassis with the technical characteristics of attachments. The possibility of installation (seasonal replacement) of the entire range of replaceable attachments allows to perform a full range of works on winter and summer maintenance of roads and motorways with paved surfaces.
In winter the machine is designed for distribution of anti-icing materials (sand-salt, moistened salt, liquid chlorides), patrol and high-speed snow clearing, removal of snow and ice from the road surface; in summer - for watering and washing of the road surface, sweeping of rubbish from the roadway, washing of road signs, elements of road furnishings and maintenance of road barriers (bollards, baffle bar), pumping water from the reservoir. Depending on the customer's wishes, both metal cisterns and plastic tanks can be used as water tanks.
The machines are equipped with an attachment control system with control from the driver's cab directly when the vehicle is moving.
