Description

The combi steamer is used at catering enterprises both independently and as a part of technological line. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. Rounded corners of the chamber allow you to get an excellent result when cooking and after cooking without problems to wash the oven.Steamer is designed for cooking food in the following modes:- convection (dry heating up to 270C);- convection + steam (up to 250C);- heating with steam (up to 160C);Has additional features:- three-channel probe- humidity control system (regulation from 0 to 100%)- 5 speeds of rotation of the fan- built-in cooling system of water drained into the sewer system- the ability to record your own cooking programmes.
