Electric Heating Ovens, THM-PP Series for Reliable Heating Solutions

Heating is carried out by spiral-shaped heaters made of alumina-chrome-iron alloy, placed on tubes supported on a special suspension structure. The heaters are made of Kanthall A1 alloy. The bed heaters are made of X20H80 alloy to avoid burnout of heaters in contact with scale. The heaters are divided into ten heat zones. To control the temperature in each zone two thermal converters are installed according to the requirements. To ensure uniformity of the heat field in the working space, 8 stirring fans providing active convective heat exchange are placed on the furnace vault. To ensure a given cooling rate, the furnace is supplied with air from the shop.
