Electric four-burner cooker with a frying cabinet EPK-47ZhSh is designed for cooking first, second, third dishes in a plate, as well as for frying semi-finished meat, fish, vegetables, baking small culinary products and baking cottage cheese dishes at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. The cooker is made in a modular variant, i.e. it consists of an upper working module and a lower module with a roasting cabinet.

The upper working part of the module is a box-shaped construction, inside of which a frame with heat reflectors is installed. Electric burners are installed on the frame. A pull-out drip tray serves for draining liquid spilled on the cooking surface of the burners.
