Main characteristics of spiral dough mixer TMS-50NN-2R: - quiet operation due to low speed of rotation of elements of bowl drive - motor-reducer for stable operation of electric motor and exclusion of its overheating - increased safety margin of kneading organ (spiral) due to larger cross-section in comparison with analogues - constant speed of spiral rotation - original shape of spiral - gap between kneading organ and bowl bottom is 3-5 mm - rounded inner corners of bowl to facilitate hygienic cleaning of the machine - polymer coating of the corrosion-resistant dough mixer.
