Electromagnetic Lifting Magnet EMGS 110-60-42/AT-U1 for Steel Handling

Electromagnet lifting EMGS 110-60-42/AT-U1 DIMET series EMGS electromagnets are designed for overloading sheet steel. A series of lightweight and low-power magnets with deep magnetic field designed for a specific task. They are not tasked with high load capacity, which explains their low weight and low power consumption.

The design of the electromagnets for handling individual steel sheets ensures the formation of a surface magnetic field. As a rule, several electromagnets mounted on a crosshead are used to transport the sheet. This avoids bending, deformation and detachment of the load.

The use of these electromagnets allows to reduce the weight of the equipment and power consumption. It is possible to manufacture for work in underwater conditions and in heat-resistant version for work with loads at temperatures up to 650°C.
