Fine Mesh Welding Line LMC-800 for Efficient Frame Production

The fine mesh welding line is designed for manufacturing flat frames up to 800 mm wide by manual laying of longitudinal rods with diameter 4-6 mm and automatic feeding of transverse rods with diameter 4-6 mm from the frontal hopper.

The line is used in the construction industry.

The line is designed for operation in temperate climate conditions. Design and category UHL4.

The welding machine consists of a frame, pneumatic cylinders, lower contact parts, front hopper, wire guide, flexible conductor bars, pneumatic device, cooling system and electrical equipment.

The machine bed is welded from channels, angles, sheet iron and pipes, some of which can be used as compressed air receivers. Compression of the wires to be welded is carried out by pneumatic cylinders mounted on the upper beam.
